It’s a bakery where the spirit of craftsmanship shines. With the Banoffee Pie Danish, as you split it in half, slices of banana peek through one by one. The Mascarpone cream and the cream inside are delightfully sweet, making it quite charming. The sprinkled chocolate powder on top complements it well. The cherries are refreshingly ripe, and the layers of bread harmonize beautifully. The Chouquette is delightfully chewy on the inside and adequately crispy on the outside. Even slightly chilled, it’s still a cool delight. The full-bodied aroma of vanilla adds to the enjoyment.

Located in a less crowded part of Bangbae-dong, they offer Australian-style coffee and a variety of bakery items. I was drawn in by the clean exterior. Inside, the breads are neatly displayed one by one. Each bread has its own unique power. The staff are all friendly. If you’re a bread enthusiast, you must pay a visit to this bakery. There’s parking available for about 4 cars right next to the building. Luckily, there was a spot available. The envy of the neighborhood residents must be growing. They’re truly fortunate individuals.
