The Albaechu (white cabbage) grill is a must-order. It feels like a Korean dish that could conquer Europe. It’s not spicy like traditional kimchi; it’s a harmonious blend of well-seasoned white kimchi with cheese, creating a mild flavor. Think of it as a white kimchi pancake. It’s addictive, a taste that lingers in your mind. The Eggplant Lasagna makes you feel healthier, almost like eating meat. The purΓ©e made from carrots and apples amplifies the flavor of the eggplant lasagna. The tender eggplant adds a texture reminiscent of melting pudding. The Hanwoo (Korean premium beef) 1++ Carpaccio is also exceptional. Thinly sliced Hanwoo beef loin cooked over an open flame complements the roasted vegetables. This too is an outstanding appetizer.
This place offers a diverse range of Australian natural wines. The indoor ambiance is delightful, but the outdoor tables are especially charming. Note that they serve brunch during the day and transform into a wine bar at night. It’s a great spot to capture Instagram-worthy photos. The natural light pours in, and the interior is stylishly designed. The staff is friendly, and overall, it was a highly satisfying experience. It’s located right under the Gyeongridan-gil Bridge. There’s no prominent sign, so it’s best to consult the map before heading over. It’s conveniently close to Noksapyeong Station Exit 2.
