It was the best experience. Here, you can enjoy top-notch Jamón Ibérico and wine together. The owner uses the word “real masterpiece” to describe it. Remember that well. They serve Jamón Ibérico that Spanish kings used to eat, it’s the Black Label 5J Ibérico Bellota, 100%. Bellota refers to one of the grades. They slice the Jamón right away, and the thin slices are perfect. Inside, you’ll find the finest Jamón beautifully arranged. They took great pictures of it too. It’s so rich that you might confuse it with butter or creamy cheese if you close your eyes. It has a unique chewiness and a fantastic taste. It’s truly a perfect pairing with wine, a great snack for a three-hour conversation. When eating, you should pick it up with your hands that have body temperature.
Casa Coshong is a specialized charcuterie restaurant located in Bangbaedong, near Bangbae Park. Pets are allowed here. If you’re taking the subway, you can walk about 270 meters from Bangbae Station Exit 1. It’s a small charcuterie wine shop focused on take-out sales, so it’s better to make a reservation over the phone before going. If you go there in person, you’ll have the chance to try freshly sliced Jamón and taste conventional and natural wines together.
