I’m back in Seongsu-dong heaven. There’s a variety to try. Starting off with fried lamb shoulder and aioli is a great opener. It’s an unusual menu item. The dish consists of fried minced lamb shoulder. The texture is tender and the fry is crispy. I was amazed that it tasted like cheese even though no cheese was added, likely due to the aioli. The combination of spicy sriracha sauce and aioli is delightful. While eating, there was almost no distinct lamb aroma. The sirloin cutlet with aged kimchi demi-glace sauce was a top menu item. Itโ€™s essentially a beef pork cutlet, soaked with juice. It feels thrilling. The meat is cooked to a medium, just right. It’s fried for crispiness. The onion-laden demi-glace sauce is moderately salty. Thereโ€™s a slight freshness of 0.5-second-aged kimchi felt.

It was located near Seoul Forest Station but has since relocated. This place is great for casually drinking wine. It serves French-based cuisine. The bar can accommodate about 3-4 groups. There are two four-person tables inside. The rooms are private. The subtle atmosphere is charming. The chef kindly explains each menu item. There is pride in the cooking.
