It’s a top-tier pork cutlet. Every aspect is perfect. Especially the ‘rekaatsu’ is incredibly tender. The more you chew, the nutty flavor spreads like waves. The preparation and frying were done really well. It’s juicy too, so satisfying. When you have it with sticky rice and even some bean paste, it becomes a perfect meal. The assorted cutlet includes tender fillet and savory loin cutlet with some fat. The fat content is balanced. The loin is also tender. With a thick layer of fat, it feels like you’re eating marbled beef. You should also try the ‘on-udon’ which has a hint of mountainous flavor. The noodles are thin, and the broth has a superb taste.

The shop isn’t big. It can seat around 10 people at bar-style tables. It’s close to Anguk Station exits 2 and 3. It’s just a 5-minute walk away. Just a note, it’s a popular place, so it’s convenient to install a table reservation app and put yourself on the waiting list.
