There’s a hidden gem in the back alleys of Gaekridan-gil. Unlike its Japanese-inspired interior, the food and atmosphere exude a Chinese pub-like vibe. The restaurant consists of 4-person tables and bar tables.

The Black Vinegar Tangsuyuk arrived. The fried coating was crispy, and the meat was tender. Despite being fried, it didn’t feel greasy at all. When eaten with black vinegar and vegetables, it gives a tangy and refreshing taste, almost like eating salad. It’s irresistibly delicious, keeping you going back for more. Szechuan Spicy Eggplant wasn’t overly spicy. The savory and slightly salty sauce made with Chili Bean Sauce leaves a lasting impression. The crispy outside and juicy inside of the Eggplant and Shrimp Tempura are a delicacy.

Here, you must order the Malatang. Just looking at it, you can tell the broth is rich. Stirring it with a ladle reveals the abundance of ingredients, including various seafood and vegetables. It’s not overly spicy but has just the right amount of heat to stimulate your appetite. This place is not only great for drinks but also perfect for a satisfying meal.
