I was deeply impressed by the beef soup. It’s scary how it keeps coming to mind when I’m in Seoul. It’s located on the first floor of a commercial building. You can park your car in the underground parking lot, which is spacious. You can choose between clear beef bone soup or white broth. The white broth white milky like it’s mixed with milk.
First of all, you have to order both the milky and clear beef soups. They each have their own unique flavor. The milky broth is incredibly rich, while the clear beef soup has a refreshing taste. It’s a flavor you have to experience to understand. You can feel your stomach easing as you eat. The milky broth is made entirely from beef bones, showcasing their skill.
The kimchi is also clean and everything is well-prepared. It’s comforting. They only use domestically sourced 1++ grade Korean beef. Just a heads-up, they only serve clear beef soup at Geodae Galbi, not the milky broth. I was curious because they have the same name, so I asked when I was leaving.
