There are four different types of Basque cheesecakes available. What’s unique is that they don’t use butter or flour. It seems like cheesecake magic happens when it’s aged for a day or two before eating – it would probably taste even better. The Signature Double Cheese made me question whether this was really a cheesecake after one bite. It’s a taste on a completely different level from the Basque cheesecakes I’ve had so far. The intensity of the cheese is doubled in the Double Cheese, hitting your palate like a powerful wave and leaving a long-lasting aftertaste. The nuttiness is strongly felt. The texture is wonderfully gooey. The Milk Caramel Chocolate certainly has a delightful flavor. It’s moderately sweet with a touch of caramelization. The Dark Chocolate has a strong cocoa flavor. It’s like eating ten bars of Ghana chocolate at once, but not overly sweet, making it charming. For those who love the taste of cocoa, it’s a dish that hits the spot. The Lemon Cheese makes you feel like you’re tasting lemon juice in every bite.

This place is only about 360 meters from Exit 3 of Yeongdeungpo-gu Office Station. There are many office workers around the area. It’s primarily focused on takeout, so it’s better to grab your order to go if possible. There’s one table inside. The owner is very friendly. It’s run by a couple. By the way, you can briefly stop with your hazard lights on to pick up your order, which is a great opportunity for those driving to the location.
