Just go for the filter coffee and flat white. I ordered the Ethiopian coffee at Sassaba. You can experience flavors like milk chocolate, strawberry cream, and biscuits. The acidity is just right on the palate. It’s sweet and tangy like strawberry milk, with a pleasant nutty aftertaste. The flat white has the right temperature and balanced creaminess. The moderate temperature pairs well with the bean.
It reminds me of the time I visited Berlin around the summer of 2019. I stayed for about 2 weeks and visited Bonanza Coffee Roasters. It’s considered one of the top 3 coffee shops in Berlin. The memories are still vivid. After having their filter coffee and flat white, I practically went there every morning. On days with good weather, like today, you truly understand what happiness is when you visit. Bonanza, which brings back those good memories, has properly landed in Korea. You can even meet the Berlin team that flew over until this Sunday. You can taste coffee brewed by the Berlin team’s baristas. There’s outdoor seating as well. Going up to the second floor, there’s a pleasant atmosphere with large windows. It’s opened on a scale of almost 130 square meters. If possible, sitting by the window offers a comfortable way to enjoy your coffee.
