The distinct sautΓ©ed shiitake texture feels almost like eating meat. The onions are sweet as well, leaving you with a healthful sensation. The Chorizo Melt has a zesty kick that’s the highlight. The combination of minced chorizo and melted cheese works well. The buttered bread is pan-fried to a crispy texture. The crunchiness complements the filling perfectly. The Avocado Tomato Toast features marinated tomatoes on top. It’s tangy yet sweet. The avocado is spread on the bread like peanut butter, done just right.

Every year during the Seokchon Lake cherry blossom season, having a meal here completes the perfect course. Overall, it’s a satisfying experience.
