I ordered a half-and-half pizza with Italian night and portobello mushroom blue cheese. A hot, fragrant pizza settled onto the table. Instead of the common thick crust, it had a thin one. Surprisingly, even with the thin crust, it was chewy beyond imagination. The generous and chunky slices of jalapenos, pepperoni, and shiitake mushrooms, fitting the name ‘Meat Lover’s Pizza,’ overwhelmed with their visual appeal. The combination of chewy crust and spicy ingredients creates a stimulating flavor that keeps you coming back for more. The portobello blue cheese, covered with cheese and mushrooms, is a revelation. The texture of the portobello you never thought of, coupled with its rich aroma and taste, is top-notch. The portobello blue cheese, a blend of blue cheese, mozzarella, and pecorino cheese, offers an unprecedented richness and chewiness. The meeting of real cheeses left my palate amazed.

If you’re interested in trying American-style pizza that’s not Italian, this is the place. They use baguette or sourdough flour instead of the commonly used flour in New York-style pizzerias. They’re truly devoted to the crust. The owner mentions that they prepare dough every day and let it mature at a low temperature to achieve a unique flavor and texture. Their deep understanding of the dough is clearly evident. The flavorful and crispy crust is truly appealing. There’s parking available nearby, and it’s just about a 610-meter walk from Nambu Terminal Station Exit 5. It’s located behind Shin-dong Church near Seocho 3-dong intersection. In South Korea, Wi-Fi is good almost everywhere, so you don’t need to worry.
